TEAM
Hi! My name is Delaney. I'm the owner of Revive. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with almost four years of post graduate experience. I have had the privilege of working in the inpatient, residential, and partial-hospitalization setting as well as the outpatient setting. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2022 with my Master in Social Work.
I work with adults experiencing a wide variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, adjustment to life transitions, mood disorders, eating disorders, trauma-related disorders, and I have a particular passion for working with perinatal and postpartum women.
Through an eclectic, client-driven approach to therapy, I primarily utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) approaches in my practice, but I also use several other modalities for best practice. I am an ally for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC.
My approach to therapy is relational and authentic, guided by evidence-based interventions and real human connection. It's an incredible privilege to meet with people in their hardest moments and witness them stepping into the light.

INSURANCE & POLICIES
Accessibility to services is an important component of the mission at Revive. Revive is in network with a number of commercial insurance providers and offers a limited number of income-based sliding scale spots

SLIDING SCALE:
Sliding scale slots are limited and evaluated based on ability to meet needs, but also extenuating circumstances that may affect a client's ability to pay full price for services, such as low income, loss of job, loss of health insurance, unforeseen financial stressors, and others. Please reach out to discuss further if you are in need of sliding scale and review the sliding scale
PRIVATE PAY:
Non-sliding scale, private pay sessions are $115 per session for a 53-60 minute session
Intake sessions are $135 for a 60 minute session
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $75 late cancellation fee. Appointments that are unattended without notice will also be charged a $75 no-show fee
